During the implementation of the project, a joint company was established, detailed agreement of the company’s shareholders, as well project management agreement, agreements with investors, agreements with contractors were prepared. Approximate sales revenue of the project – ~ 15 million. Eur. The project was carried out together with the law firm Ellex.
2) Joint real estate project with several foreign investors on the development of land plots and construction of multi-apartment houses in Vilnius, Kalnenu district. The amount of investment is ~ 2 million Eur. During the project, several companies were established, shareholders’ agreements, loan agreements, and joint venture agreements for the construction and installation of infrastructure were prepared. The estimated total construction area is over 50,000 sq.m. (one of the largest residential projects in Vilnius). Estimated sales revenue – over 5 million Eur. Sales revenue from full installation of infrastructure and construction – over 50 million Eur. The project is being implemented in conjunction with the law firm Triniti.
3) Real estate project of Lithuanian and foreign investors on the development of an array of land plots in Trakai district. The amount of investment is ~ 0.5 million. Eur. During the project, a company was established, contracts were concluded with investors, real estate was acquired, the land was divided into smaller plots, the purpose of the land was changed, a contract was concluded with the builder for the construction of individual residential houses, and a number of real estate transactions with buyers were concluded. Estimated sales revenue over 1.5 million Eur. The project is being implemented together with the construction company Lini.
